The club had a fantastic day diving off the old Herne Bay pier today. Several members turned up, eager to get in the water and make the most of the good weather. The sun was shining, the sea was calm, and the conditions made for a relaxed and enjoyable dive. Visibility was reasonable, allowing us to explore the area and spot some interesting marine life, though it could have been a touch clearer.
It was great to see both familiar faces and newer members coming together to share the experience. After the dive, we had plenty of laughs and good conversation while packing up, making it as much a social day as it was a diving one. All in all, a wonderful outing that reminded us why we love diving as a club—good company, a bit of adventure, and the open water right on our doorstep.
